The association is in the position to respond in anti-dumping lawsuits.
⑸ Bring forward suggestions concerning industry interests to relevant state agencies, put forward advices and suggestions about economic policies and legislation.
⑹ For the members who break the regulations and rules of industry association, damage the image of the industry, the association can adopt corresponding self-discipline measures and notify related government departments of related measures. The association can suggest and provide assistance to related government department to punish enterprises and economic organizations for violating laws and principles. The association can establish regulations and procedures accordingly for industrial disputes.
⑺ The association participates in demonstrations of governmental decisions involving industry development, innovation and interest, put forward suggestions about economic policy and legislation, participate in government hearings.
⑻ Entrusted by government, the industry association carries out industry statistics and surveys, releases industry information and certificate of accreditation, coordinate prices, etc.
⑼ The association will organize nationwide exhibition, promote technology exchange, publish national and international economic & technology trends, and carry out technical consultation and services.
⑽ Promote production and industrialization of key technologies and equipments, help enterprises adopt new technology, process and material, further improve product quality, reduce production cost, develop new products, expand the market and promote application, which will further improve ecological environment in China.
⑾ Strengthen connection with national and international organizations, carry out economic and technical cooperation, provide information and service for product and technology export, foreign capital utilization, technology introduction, etc.
